These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Super Shower Seal Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and to the use of this website.

By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Super Shower Seal provides shower sealing, repair and related services as agreed with the customer. All work is carried out based on the scope outlined in the quotation or verbal agreement.

All quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If additional issues are identified during the course of the work, we will discuss these with you and provide an updated cost where required before proceeding.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is due upon completion of works
• For larger projects (including bathroom renovations), deposits and progress payments may be required
• All goods and materials remain the property of Super Shower Seal Pty Ltd until full payment is received

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays or additional costs may apply where access is restricted or conditions are unsafe.

In some cases, underlying issues may only become apparent once work has commenced. Where this occurs:

• We will advise you as soon as possible
• Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding

We take care to deliver high-quality workmanship. However:

• Results may vary depending on the condition of existing surfaces and structures
• In some cases, repairs may improve but not completely eliminate underlying issues

We will always provide honest advice on expected outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or issues beyond our control
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please provide as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge a fee where late cancellations result in loss of time or resources.
