Application of a silane based deep penetrating sealer/ water repellant designed by Techdry. This product soaks deep into the grout joint and tiled area to resist moisture and seal off the shower area from further damp. After the shower is sealed, high quality silicone sealants are installed to match tiles and grout and maximise flexibility and protection.
Remove existing cracked or damaged tiles and grout. Replace with matching tiles or similar and then regrout. Where possible, replace grout with matching colour before sealing.
We recommend all shower surfaces be thoroughly cleaned of soap scum and build-up and be totally dry prior to treatment. If you would like us to clean your shower for you, it would be our pleasure.
Remove and replace silicone seals to all junctions to match silicone within the shower after treatment. Additional rooms and kitchen are also re-done if required.
